Glow Lab Aesthetic Co. was created because we saw a gap in the aesthetic industry — a space between clinical cold and spa fluff where clients could receive genuinely expert care in an environment that felt warm, unhurried, and honest.
Founded by Michelle Rodley, BSN, RN, our practice is rooted in a clinical foundation and built on relationships. We don't chase trends. We don't upsell. We educate, we listen, and we create plans that serve your features, your timeline, and your life — not our bottom line.

Meet Michelle
BSN, RN · Founder & Lead Practitioner
A San Diego native, former City of San Diego lifeguard, and lifelong surfer, Michelle brings a perspective to aesthetic medicine rooted in health, confidence, and a deep appreciation for natural beauty.
With a clinical foundation in acute care nursing and years of advanced aesthetic training, she specializes in facial balancing, collagen stimulation, skin rejuvenation, and graceful aging strategies. Her background as a lifeguard for over a decade instilled a deep understanding of skin health, sun exposure, and the confidence that comes from feeling at home in your own body.
Clients describe her consultations as refreshingly honest — no upselling, no trend-chasing — just a clear conversation about what will genuinely serve you. Michelle believes that great aesthetic work starts with listening, not a needle.

MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Justin Rome
Dr. Justin Rome is a distinguished facial plastic surgeon with extensive experience and a reputation for excellence in aesthetic procedures. Completing his fellowship in facial plastic surgery at the renowned Bassin Center for Plastic Surgery in Orlando, Florida, in 2014, Dr. Rome swiftly established a private practice in Beverly Hills. Here, he showcased his surgical prowess in traditional facial plastic surgeries, including blepharoplasties and facelifts, along with advanced liposuction techniques like BodyJet and MicroAire.
Notably, Dr. Rome's skill set extends to injectables such as toxins and fillers, and he was an early adopter of Robotic Hair Restoration, gaining recognition in the competitive Los Angeles market. His success led him to found the innovative concept Barber Surgeons Guild (BSG), which seamlessly blends traditional barber services with modern medical aesthetics. Dr. Rome's venture expanded to New York City in 2019, showcasing his prominence in the industry.
Despite the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Rome demonstrated resilience by pivoting to the development of a cutting-edge telehealth platform. This platform, set to launch in 37 states, is a direct-to-consumer subscription web app enabling patients to purchase compounded medications with asynchronous doctor approval in the backend. BSG, under Dr. Rome's leadership, has grown to accommodate 20,000 patients and 800 subscribers for their compounds.
Dr. Rome's commitment to excellence is evident not only in his surgical and aesthetic skills but also in his role as a leader. While being self-employed since completing his fellowship, he has played a pivotal role in training and overseeing MDs, DOs, RNs, and PAs at BSG locations. His vast experience and forward-thinking approach make Dr. Justin Rome an invaluable collaborator for any med spa or aesthetic practice.
